The late John O’Donahues book ‘To Bless the Space Between Us (A Book of Blessings)’ opens the introduction with the most sublime and beautiful words that still inspire me and remind me of the magic hidden in everyday moments.

It says: “There is a quiet light that shines in every heart. It draws no attention to itself, though it is always secretly there. It is what illuminates our minds to see beauty, our desire to seek possibility, and our hearts to love life.”

Inspired writing has the possibility to open the door to the inner self and reveal deeper intuitions that you never thought were possible.

It is writings by John O’Donahue and others that have inspired me to share some of those moments of inspiration and illumination through this blog, and in the future, a website full of interesting literary curations I’ve discovered and collected over the years.

For me words can have the power to cause deeper reflection in one’s own life and also to inspire others to start on a journey of self discovery.

My intention with this blog is to provide links to books, podcasts and websites that I’ve found helpful in my journey so far.
